Home page not showing rev slider when signed out vs signed into admin panel

when NOT SIGNED IN: https://4x4overlandsa.co.za/ - I have done a sitewide cache purge but this did not help to show the home page background image as per image 2 (image 2 is how it should look)

    Hi, someone had on limit scrnset in betheme options - I have disabled this and the image is showing....
