Footer in section

Hi.

I have a website and i separeted for sections with FullScreen/full-screen style.

But i would like to see the FOOTER in the last one section.

For example, the website is:

When i click BLOG in menu, i will go to the last section, and i need to scroll down to see the FOOTER.

I'm not fluent in English, sorry.
