Cannot Add Elements or See "Add Section" Button in BeBuilder Single Post Template

Dear Muffin Group Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue with the BeBuilder Live Editor when trying to edit or create a Single Post Template.

The Problem: I am unable to add any elements, and the "Add Section" (the green/blue + button) is missing or non-functional when editing the Single Post Template. This prevents me from designing the layout for my blog posts.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating why the BeBuilder functions are failing to load in the template editor. Please let me know if you require temporary access to my WordPress installation for further debugging.

Thank you for your time and support.

  • Dear Support Team,

I am following up on my previous post regarding the failure of the BeBuilder Live Editor. I have performed extensive troubleshooting with no success. The "Add Section" button and drag-and-drop functionality are still missing when editing the Single Post Template.

The following troubleshooting steps are confirmed complete:

    1. Server Status (Fixed): I successfully increased the PHP Max Input Vars setting to 5000. The system status page now shows no warnings.

    2. Plugin Isolation: All third-party plugins (including Elementor and cache) are disabled.

    3. Code Base Renewed: I have performed a complete reinstallation of the latest BeTheme files directly from Themeforest to ensure no core files are corrupted.

Critical Diagnosis: Despite all fixes, the builder fails to initialize due to a JavaScript error:

    * Console Error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'components')

    * Source: The error comes from notes.min.js.

Given the persistence of this deep-seated JS error, this appears to be an internal bug that requires developer intervention. Please advise on the next steps or proceed with debugging using the temporary Admin Access I can provide immediately. I need to resolve this urgently.

    Thank you.
