Problem with overlapping element after theme update

Hello,

I had a logo in the footer overlapping the top (Screenshot), but after updating the theme to the latest version, it cut off half of the logo. I tried !important with a custom CSS class and custom CSS (increased Z-index too), but it didn't work either.

Any fix?
