Hi, the theme seems to be registered to this url lightsteelblue-bee-912788.hostingersite.com (this link brings us to the domain apireland.ie)

The actual domain where the theme is installed and bought for is www.apireland.ie

Can you please change the registration. I tried to de-register it and it's asking me to "Your site still uses BeTheme. Please delete all theme files before deregistration."

I don't want to delete the site and redo everything. Kindly help. Thanks.

    How do I deregister without deleting the files?

    Your screenshot does not show the Betheme dashboard, but our license manager tool.

    Go to this domain: https://lightsteelblue-bee-912788.hostingersite.com/, open Betheme -> Dashboard, and deregister your license there.

    Thanks but I have tried it and it is not working. One red arrow would have done the trick. I get it you are trying to emphasise.

    I went to : https://lightsteelblue-bee-912788.hostingersite.com/, open Betheme -> Dashboard, and this shows on the top left that the theme is not even registered.

    Then I went to api.ie word press back end to register the theme. As I put in the purchase code; It shows this error as seen in the screen shot below. Humbly request you to please take a little time out and help me out please by explaining in a bit detail. I'm not an expert like you are. FYI...The above link lightsteelblue.... is a temporary link that hostinger gave before the domain was connected. Thank you for your help and time.

    You did not specify anywhere in your first two messages that the license key on the staging domain is not present in the registration area, which is why I suggested deregistration there.

    Anyway, I am glad to see that you handled it. Can you tell me how you managed to sort it out?
