can't edit or delete menu from pre-build website

Hi, I'm using "Course" pre-build template. There was a black menu on top of the slider. When I deleted the slider, the menu is white. I created my own header, but now I see both headers.

How to get rid of the old one? There is no pre-build global template (or section) for old header
