Hi Phil one question:

I would like to show a block containing selected products an not all the products category.

How can I handle this?

Hi,
You can use the Woo Products shortcode with selected product IDs.
https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/products/
Example:
[products columns="4" ids="82, 70, 50, 38"]
