Single Page Import not working in BeBuilder (Shop Assistant demo)

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Single Page Import feature in BeBuilder.

I am trying to import a single page from the Shop Assistant demo using this URL: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/shopassistant/

When I paste the link into the "Single page import" field and click "Import", nothing happens. I have tried all three options:

Insert BEFORE current build

Insert AFTER current build

REPLACE current builder content

The page does not update, and no content is loaded. This happens both when editing an existing page and when creating a completely new page.

I have seen your helping video but it didn't help and my BeTheme version is up to date.

thanks, but why the header and the top menu has not imported? How can I import all together? (I am not asking about media)
