BeBuilder Blocks classic stopped working - bug after WP upgrade?

Somehow the editor stopped working with Bebuilder blocks classic.

And even more strange, when I DON’t use the external plugin disable Gutenberg, the Builder blocks aren’t even shown.

This issue is also causing that you cannot open the screen settings anymore on an edit page/post.

I have created a test post where you can see what is happening (but this is with al posts and pages).

Could this issue be related to the recent WP update i.e. a bug?
