Hero section product size and product ID ordering?

Hello,

The Cosmetics 4 template has an interesting hero section where products are displayed on the right side. In the demo, there are two products shown. I would like to display only one product, but larger.

I set Products number: 1, but under Columns the available options are only 2, 3, and 4 — there is no option for 1 column. My goal is to display a single product in a larger size. How can this be achieved?

Second question:

Under Order by, I selected ID of the product, but I cannot see where I am supposed to enter the product ID.

Hi,

1) There is no option to set only one product there.

2) Every product has a unique ID that is automatically generated when the product is created:

You do not set it anywhere as it is automatically assigned.

Hello,

Thank you — a couple of clarifications:

At the moment I only have one product added (Sunny Touch). Under “Products” the number is set to 1 and it works, but I would like this product to be displayed larger. Is it possible to do this via CSS? If so, could you please provide the required CSS code?
How can I define which product is shown in the homepage hero section? Currently it seems to use “Order by" and is selected automatically by the system. I would like to have full control and manually set which product appears there — how can I assign a specific product ID?

1) That is what I meant. Unfortunately, it cannot be done.

2) You can set the order to Menu order, and then set it in the product edit:
