All of a sudden, within the last couple of weeks, Our shop page shows
No products were found matching your selection.
It has been working great up until the last month or so. What could be the issue?

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Before that please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
Sorry thought I had given the site. It is hotrodhoods.com The https://hotrodhoods.com/shop/ See attached screen shot.
When I refresh the cache via litespeed cache, products will come back for a short time and then back to No products.
I am using a child theme. Version 2.0.2
I believe it is the BeBuilder. I created a page https://hotrodhoods.com/hood-shop/ and just added a basic products shortcode and it is working. I really like how the original one looks though so any help on what might be the issue would be great. Thanks
But did you do as I suggested, and disable all your plugins and switch from a child theme to the parent?
Best regards
I can't do that on a live site. He has already lost customers from this. The only thing that has changed is the update to the theme and upgrade to PHP 8.2. The PHP is not the issue because it happened on 7.4 also.
That is a standard troubleshooting step. During this process, you can enable under construction in Betheme -> Theme options -> Pages -> Under construction, and do it when the movement on your website is at its lowest.
You can also send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason, but disabling plugins and switching from child to parent theme (if you use a child theme), will be one of the first things we will do when we log in.
