Sticky transparent header?

Hello,

I would like the header to be sticky (I am using a template). It was working before, but after I made the header transparent, the sticky behavior stopped working, even though the “Sticky Header” option is enabled.

How can I make the header both sticky and transparent at the same time?

1 more question, on the moment pages content are too high, how can change it so on every page it would look better (content not on header)?
