Blog navigation for individual posts in the menu
1.) The line with the navigation to the individual posts is in the menu. I would like to remove it completely, as the navigation in the footer on the right and left of the page is sufficient. If that is not possible, then at least place it below the menu line.
2.) At the bottom of each individual post, there is a share button for various social media platforms. I want to remove this. How can I do this?

1.) Now the title of the individual contribution has slipped into the menu bar. That shouldn't happen either.
