Events tickets Plus not showing Ticket PDF when LOGGED OUT

When purchasing a ticket, the ticket email with QR code works fine, but when tapping on the ticket purchased on the website (desktop and mobile) WHILE LOGGED OUT OF ADMIN... we see this.

    I have contacted the plugin author also and await feedback. The plugin is the suggested Events Tickets Plus / Events Tickets Pro as per Betheme's suggestion.

    Where did you find the information that Events Tickets Plus and Events Tickets Pro are suggested? We do not support these plugins, and on the list of compatible plugins, you can find only The Events Calendar.

    Regarding this problem you will have to stay in touch with the plugin author.
