Marquee is not saving as Template OR on a page as a new Marquees

Please help. I HAVE found its the PAUSE ON HOVER (on a test page) that is breaking the page content and giving server error. see screenshot below. BUT WHEN I ADD THIS SAME CONTAINER via an export/import to the HOME PAGE.. the home page BREAKS and I cannot save the marquee
