Menu is too jumpy for a cursor

When you hover over the sub menu and try to move the cursor to the right to pick a page, it's too jumpy and difficult to keep the menu open. (Is it called "Intent?") It simply takes too much work for a visitor to pick a page in the sub menu.

Here's the video. Here's what I'm specifically talking about as well. Please see the attached image. Less twitchy. It was a little difficult replicating the issue in just a short time in a video, but my friend said that she found it difficult to pick a page in the sub menu as well.
