Website doesn't function in a specific language

The navigation menu doesn't work in the Romanian language and when I go down on the page certain sections do not appear like the testimonials and client logos. Also on the portfolio section when I click see more the page refreshes instead of seeing more articles. Furthermore, there is no dropdown to change the language. Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
Also, regarding clients and testimonials, did you translate these post types?
Lastly, the portfolio See More button works properly for me on Edge and there is a flags dropdown menu:
