Update added Padding to every section overnight?

Hi Team,

I’m having a strange issue with our website that I can’t get to the bottom of.

Overnight, it appears an update has been applied which has added a large amount of padding to each individual section (and the subheader). I’ve checked the global settings and can’t see anything to adjust this, and manual padding/margin changes within the builder don’t resolve it either.

Please could someone take a look and let me know what’s happened (and how we can revert/fix it)?
