Bebuilder stuck on "loading page"

I have a problem with the templates. Some of them are stuck in "Loading page content".
Other templates are working fine, this only affect to a few, but i need to edit them.
I have checked other discussions, but I can't find a solution for my problem.

I used the CSS update option from Betheme -> Tools, and the problem is gone.

I have this exact issue and am attempting to use the CSS update tool. It seems to be stuck spinning... how can I determine it is completed? And, or, should it take longer than 15 minutes to run, typically?
