Be "Templates" section disabled after updating to the latest theme version

edited January 30 in Blog

Hello, please help me on the following issues:

1. After updating to the latest version of BeTheme (Jan 30), the "Templates" section in BeTheme dashboard gets disabled out of nowhere (https://prnt.sc/XG4_r6e7_Aci). The notice says it is me who disabled it in the provided theme function setting, but I have not touched a thing and the "Templates" option has always been activated (https://prnt.sc/Ar5Do7eGMwov).

As a result, I cannot get access to my own templates to continue editing.

2. The related post navigation auto appears sticky near the footer on every single blog post (https://prnt.sc/lWGMyoKNMyag). I did not create this and could not find how to turn this off in theme options.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hey,

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what the reason might be.

  • Hi, I sent you a message containing private login credentials through the contact section on themeforest as instructed. The id is mikenguyen1811, email attached with my account that purchased the theme is [email protected]. Please see to it. Thanks in advance.

  • You have set to hide BeBuilder for everyone:

I have changed that, and the templates display correctly.

    Best regards

  • Thank you. Anyway, there's another issue that I mentioned before. I'll restate it below:

The related post navigation auto appears sticky near the footer on every single blog post (https://prnt.sc/lWGMyoKNMyag). I did not create this and could not find how to turn this off in theme options.

You can check my single blog template in BeTheme Templates - Blog - Single Post.

Please note that the Architect 6 demo which I imported in the first place for this website does not come with a pre-created blog archive and single blog template, so the template above was manually created by me.

However, I'm not too familiar with creating a theme template from scratch, let alone a newly introduced environment like BeBuilder. So if you can help import pre-designed sample templates for blog archive and single blog where it does not include the previous/next post navigation as described in my issue, I would really appreciate it since it saves time for both me and you.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Sorry, I did not notice the part about the navigation before. Did you add it after editing your original message?

They can be disabled in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share:

There is no option to import templates only, but we have a video tutorial about creating templates.

    Best regards
