Use Media Library to fill out the Alt Text or in the BeTheme Builder?

Where should we fill out the alt text for the images? In the picture in WordPress Media, or in BeTheme?

Hi,
If you put alt text in the media library it will be enough. If you put it in BeBuilder, it will overwrite the one from media library.
