Responsive background color; improve conditionals

Dear team:

Please, make it possible to set a background color (e.g. on a wrap) responsively. I want to set the background of a wrap to one color on mobile, and to another color for the other displays. Currently this is not possible.

Also, please add functionality to the Conditional: date "is before" and date "is after" a certain date. Right now we only have "is" and "is not"
