Width issue with slider plugin element in section wrap

edited February 6 in Revolution Slider

Hi guys,

I have inserted a section, then a wrap, then a 'slider plugin' element. For some reason the width is one pixel too short, so at the right side of the page you can see a small white line, especially you can see it on mobile. I have set the element properties to margin 0; and I made sure there is no padding.

I have tried to set the background of the element to red so you can see it a little better, look:

It's hard to see, but I can see it and it's driving me nuts LOL

It seems to be the background color of the section, not the wrap and not the 'slider plugin' element inside the wrap. Or maybe it's because Slider Revolution is making the width just not wide enough?

I tried everything, both in Slider Revolution directly, and also in BeBuilder. But at the right side it stays one pixel (or maybe even a subpixel?) too small.

Hope you can help me, thanks as always! Mark

    Hi,

On what device and browser are you checking that?

    Best regards

  • Hi Phil,

I'm checking it on a Linux desktop using Google Chrome, and on an OnePlus 10 Pro, android 15, using Google Chrome. On desktop You can see it clearly on the right when zoomed in:

  • I am unable to replicate that, unfortunately.

Anyway, please send us the WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check that it out.

    Hi Phil,

Do you also not see it when you zoom in? Ctrl,+ a bunch of times shows the red line. I've kept the bg red for now so you can have a look.

I just submitted the access details. Thank you for taking a look.

  • I tried zooming in, zooming out, in Chrome and Firefox, and I had no luck of replicating this.

I have selected your slider in the Page options instead:

Please check how it displays for you now.

  • Interesting that it doesn't happen on your end. Maybe it has something to do with subpixel rendering..

Yes, I can do it like that, I'll have to figure out how to make its parent resize like it does in the section, at the end of the animation. I had some javascript for that. Anyway, I'll figure something out. Thank you and your team for having a look, I appreciate you taking the time!

  • You are welcome. If you have any further questions or conerns, feel free to ask.

    Best regards
