Header Template not Displaying the same on landing page/ Promo Bar not working as it should.
Hi there,
We are making a Header Template, and would like to add the PROMO BAR with IMAGES/Background colour (as per screenshot below) but it is not Displaying the same on landing page. Promo Bar not working as it should. And edits to the section with light blue background also not showing on the front end. Please advise.

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.

Hi there, we just deactivated all plugins and purged cache and deleted history in browser, viewed in new browser not signed into admin panel and nothing changed the header issue...
UPDATE:
Hi there - I recreated the header in a new template and its working fine.... weird.
Maybe some cached version were held.
If the problem reoccurs even after purging all cache, please let us know.

Hi there - the problem did occur even after we purged all cache and checked while logged in admin, and also logged out in new browser etc... It seems like the buggy cache STICKS as the final edit ..... it is weird.
If you can, I highly recommend keeping all cache disabled until you finish working on the website.
