Products in the shop are not arranged symmetrically

The products in my shop were all created in the same way. However, the display is not consistent for some products. Sometimes the spacing between the product and the heading varies. The arrangement of the products next to each other is also inconsistent. How can I change this?

What Shop product image width do you have set in Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> General?:
Before answering, please use the Regenerate Thumbnails option and see if the problem persists.
