Registration limit exceeded.

I have made some mistakes and need to re-register my licence, but it won't let me. How can I fix this?

This is the missatge:

"Registration limit exceeded. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page."

Then, I try to access my licences, but it won't let me because it says my username is incorrect. But it is correct, as is my purchase code.
