Please does it have something to do with the Platform or the plugins ?

    The message indicates that there is a problem with Elementor.

    In that case, you should contact Elementor support regarding this.

    But the elementor was installed under the instillation for the Betheme.

    I don't have any support under elementor this is not the Elementor pro,

    Have you experienced this problem before with anything? Is there anything else to do?
