Problems with Paypal
Hi,
we use Betheme and the official Paypal Plugin. But we can´t use the credit card forms from paypal because if we activate the paypal payment options for credit cards, we can´t fill in the form fields. And then we get an error when we try to send the form inputs. (wrong field inputs)
Paypal Support is not really helpful - they said this is a problem for the theme developer.
We de-actiated all plugins, we deleted every custom css code, we deleted every code in the funcions.php. All the time we get the same error. But if we install a other theme, then everything is fine.
So, do you know this failure? We just need some help.

thank you.

thank you, i will send ftp access and wordpress access to you.
Do you refer to these fields?:
I can fill them. If I am looking at the wrong spot, please let me know the place where I should check that.
Best regards
This is the right spot. First field there should be a name (text), only credit card numbers are allowed
The problem is the checkout template. The checkout template is based on the WooCommerce checkout shortcode, which is no longer supported by the PayPal Payments plugin, and it works with Woo blocks only. On your testing domain, we switched the checkout template to draft, so it is now replaced with the checkout blocks, so you can see how it works now there.
So you should either change to draft or remove completely the checkout template on your main domain.
Best regards
