Breadcrumbs showing HTML code

In a link name we are using "&" however in the breadcrumbs at certain levels it is showing the HTML code.

I am trying to determine why. For now we replaced it with the word "and", but would prefer to go back to "&" if we can get it resolved.

As you can see in the screen shot the & shows fine in the breadcrumbs for the page we are on, but not if you are 1 level below.

Anyway, do you have the newest version of Betheme installed?

Keep in mind the issue is not present currently since I added the word "and" in the breadcrumbs.

We are running version 28.2.1. So almost the latest version. We would be running our next updates on 3/2.

Please update Betheme to the newest version, as it was fixed in the last release.
