Updating theme and not working fine

Hi, i updated the theme, I bought a new license, and now I can't change options in Theme Options.

When I try to change something, this is the error message:

"Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource."

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Also, go to Betheme -> System status, and see if your server meet theme requirements.
