Portfolio and Shop grid
Hi,
I recently changed the theme on my website using BeTheme. I’m experiencing an issue with images in the portfolio and shop grids not displaying at the same height. I followed the documentation by enabling “equal heights” and regenerating thumbnails. I also tried the “Force Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, but the issue persists.
As a temporary workaround, I applied custom CSS. However, some images now show a black column on hover.
Could you please help me solve this issue?

I used regenerate thumbnails option from Betheme -> Tools, and the image displays correctly now:
Please check it out.
Best regards
Thank you! I tried using that tool several times as well, but without success; the issue in the shop still persists.
We are checking this.
I will let you know when we find the culprit.
Best regards
Thank you Phil. Please check also related projects in single porfolio item, there is the same problem there.
1) Please check the shop page now.
2) The value in the related area is correct, as it is the same as you set in the theme options:
As a workaround, you can increase the number of projects that display there:
BTW, I noticed that you set 'works' as a single project slug. It cannot be the same as the portfolio page, and there is information next to this field:
Please correct that to prevent any future problems related to that.
Best regards
The problem in the shop page is solved, how did you do?
I already changed the single project slug because all the pages under Works were unreachable.
For the portfolio grid, I am replacing all the thumbnail images with the correct dimensions to avoid that effect.
Thank you for your support.
