Problem vith languages

I have a problem on disply one language (ITA) that was the primary.

The ENG is displayed right, but the ITALIAN isn't loading.

Please could you help me to solve it?

    sorry for my delay.

    The problem is more complex maybe.

    I have bought two licences for this site.

    I have a big problem to load the front end pages.

    the back end works good.

    the sites are:

    https://mondialprod.com

    https://mondialprod.online

    is the same work (cloned) to test with two different server configurations:

    On the .COM -> the server heve more performance.

    Anyway, i have problem to worl on front-end because is not load right (on .com) and slowly (on online)

    the credential are the same for the two site, and i give here

  • Until yesterday night i work on .com (i cloned starting from a backup of https://mondialprod.online) and i worked well loading product and creating pages.. but i don't understand why now is not working .. dont' load the front-end :

    Error Message is:

    Error 503 Backend fetch failed

    Please do not share your login credentials here on the forum, as others can see them.

    Also, there is no need of provinding you phone number as we do not provide this kind of support.

    The 500 errors are server errors. Did you try contacting your hosting provider regarding that?

    Did you try disabling your plugins to see if none of them is the culprit?

  • Sorry for the information's shared, i was thinking that was a private ticket. I keep in mind.

    yes i try to contact the server provider and the are looking for the server resources... for the .com .. and for .online they are looking this the second level support team.. and i'm waiting for the reply .. anyway i need to understand if there is any incompatibility on my plug-in configuration ... because it's so strange the site loading well until yesterday night.. and this morning catch this error (the .com) and on the .online it's load in a absolutely inacettable timing .. the theme is the same and i have two different kind of problem...

  • To find if there is any incompatibility in a plugin configuration, I suggest disabling your plugins one by one. Thanks to that if something changes, you will know which plugin could be the culprit.

  • The problem is not generated from the plug-in. I try to disabling one by one.

    Instead there two error that appear on Browser console: Failed to resource -> 404

    In this case the error are showed loading the home (ITA) on the .online website... in this moment is loading but really slow.

  • I have removed the references to these files from your main header.

    Anyway, I can see that you use Polylang on your website, but we do not support this plugin. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so, unfortunately, we cannot help you with the problems with it.

    Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page:

    So you should contact the plugin author to resolve problems with it.
