Problems with the latest version BeTheme 28.3

I'm having the following problems with the latest version of BeTheme.
1. It rejects the Contact 7 plugin, causing the site to crash intermittently upon loading and displaying the following error:
2. When changing and saving options from Theme Options, it generates the error:
“Not Acceptable. An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.”
This is a conflict with the ModSecurity feature in cPanel; it's as if it's generating a dangerous or malicious script for the server.
IMPORTANT DETAIL: I have two sites with the same tools on the same server. One uses version 27.5 and has no problems whatsoever, while the one I mentioned above is the newer version of BeTheme.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
I would appreciate any help from Muffingroup support.

I received a response from the server provider regarding the reported issues:
- When changing and saving options from Theme Options, the following error was generated: “Not Acceptable. An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.”
This was due to the interception of a WAF (Web Application Firewall) rule. This was a server-related issue that has been resolved.
- Site crashes when activating Contact 7.
This appears to be related to the theme and its new version. I should mention again that I have another site with the same hosting provider, using WordPress and BeTheme, but version 27.5, and there are no problems with Contact 7. In the current version, simply activating the plugin causes the site to crash, but intermittently; the error doesn't always occur.

Until it is corrected, we are not able to check what is wrong with the contact form.
Also, I noticed that your server does not meet theme requirements:
Your hosting provider should make appropriate adjustments to these values.
