[Urgent] Header and Footer styles are broken on the frontend (Looks fine in Editor)

I am having an urgent issue with my website's Header and Footer. The CSS/styles are not loading or rendering correctly on the live site.
Here are the details of the problem:
- In the Editor (Backend): Everything looks perfect and works fine.
- On the Live Site (Frontend): The styles are completely broken and missing for visitors.
- What I've tried: It doesn't matter which header or footer style/layout I choose to apply, it always looks broken on the frontend.
I have attached screenshots to this post so you can clearly see the difference between the backend (editor view) and the frontend (live visitor view).
Could you please help me fix this as soon as possible? This is very urgent for my project.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried turning off the plugins, clearing the cache, and checking the theme, but the issue unfortunately persists on the frontend.
As requested, I have just sent you my WordPress dashboard and SFTP access privately through the ThemeForest contact form.

I have checked the header and it looks exactly the same as in the BeBuilder:
Regarding the footer, I opened the footer template, and without chaning anything I saved it, and it started to look correctly then:

Thank you so much for logging in and fixing this! I really couldn't figure out how to resolve the issue with the missing styles on my site, so I truly appreciate your help.

Actually, I have not done anything except open the template and save it.
