Hello! My website 3dbots.co was created for a designer who has a BeTheme license, but a few months ago we migrated the site to another host. Since it is necessary to update the version, I bought a new license, but when I enter the purchase code to register it nothing happens. I don't see the old license number to deregister it. Could you help me, please?

    Hi,

    Please download a fresh Betheme package from ThemeForest, install it on your website (replace the current one), and try to register your license then.

    If it will not work, please send us your license key, the WordPress dashboard, and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what the reason might be.
