Register Issue
Hello! My website 3dbots.co was created for a designer who has a BeTheme license, but a few months ago we migrated the site to another host. Since it is necessary to update the version, I bought a new license, but when I enter the purchase code to register it nothing happens. I don't see the old license number to deregister it. Could you help me, please?

Please download a fresh Betheme package from ThemeForest, install it on your website (replace the current one), and try to register your license then.
If it will not work, please send us your license key, the WordPress dashboard, and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what the reason might be.

For a test, I deactivated all your plugins, and the following view appeared:
In the registration area, the first two parts of the license should be visible. When asterisks appear, it means the Betheme package used is a pirated one, so the designer you hired has not bought a license and got our theme illegally.
Now, I suggest creating a backup of your website with the Duplicator, getting an official Betheme package from ThemeForest, replacing the currently installed one with the downloaded one, and registering your license then.
Also, I recommend changing your passwords on all platforms associated with your website, as no one knows how else the theme files could have been modified and if there was no malware inside.

PS. I disabled the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, as for some reason, it showed in the Dashboard that the theme is not registered and that you could register the license in the empty field. On your place I would replace this plugin as well.
