  Hi,

  Please check if you can revert a revision from Betheme -> Theme options -> Backup & Reset -> History:

  

  Also, go to Betheme -> System status, and see if your server meets the theme requirements.

  Hi! Thank you for the reply.

  1. I do not have anything under History in Backups.
  2. I checked the system status and the requirements aren't right. I have updated my php.ini file, but the system status menu in Betheme is still showing the old, incorrect numbers.

  You should contact your hosting provider and ask to adjust the server configuration to match theme requirements.

  I have done that, but the server environment is still showing the incorrect numbers despite the php.ini and .htaccess files been updated.

  Still, you should stay in touch with your hosting provider.

  System status only pulls the information from the server, nothing else. The theme does not have an influence on the server configuration so they must correct that.
