How to stack another element in a 2/3 + 1/3?? Going crazy

Spent a good 2 hours trying to figure this out and im ashamed I cant figure how to do it. Christt... any help please? Just need that image to go next to my example contact form without the form floating up or down... why do they make it so hard? No wonder claude coding is taking over.
