Header and featured image not appearing

Hello,

I have an issue with the page's header, which is not showing the title of the article, nor the featured image - please see the screenshot above.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi,
You enabled the Intro header style for the post, and did not set the header image.
Please set it up in the post options:
