Failed to import website demo template.
First, let me clarify: my website runs on WooCommerce, and my existing data is absolutely critical.
When I attempted to import the demo theme, the process required me to clear and reset my database—something I simply cannot afford to do.
Consequently, I skipped that step; however, I subsequently discovered that the only content imported to my site was a jumbled mess of incoherent data.
I am hoping to find a solution to this issue and would be immensely grateful for any assistance you can provide!
Furthermore, I was hoping to be able to utilize sections from other templates; however, BeBuilder only offers extremely generic elements. I’m starting to question what the point of owning BeTheme actually is.

Hi,
Skipping the database reset is the correct approach if you want to keep existing data.
Can you explain in more detail what is happening, and attach screenshots of this "mess", please?
In general, some things require adjustments after installing the demo without a database reset, as it is not a clean installation. But I hope I can suggest things you can do after the import.
Best regards

Hello?
There are so many problems! I simply can't stand it.
You wrote beyond our working time, so we could not answer you.
How many times did you import demos? I can see that some pages have six copies or even more.
Anyway, for your case, I suggest a different approach than importing the demo by skipping the database reset.
Revert a backup before you import the demo, and in the installation process, select to import Theme options only.
Then, create a staging domain where you download the demo you are interested in.

When you have that domain, then by using the Export/Import feature, you can copy the pages you want to have from the staging domain to your main one.
