BeTheme Errors and Demo Import Issues
Hello,
I have been facing continuous issues with the BeTheme setup for the past 4 days, and I am currently unable to proceed with my website development.
The theme is not functioning properly — I am encountering repeated errors, and the demo (specifically Agency3) is either not importing completely or missing elements. Additionally, updates do not seem to be working as expected.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the theme and checking plugins, but the issue still persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this at the earliest? It would be helpful if you could:
- Check if there are any known issues with the theme or demo
- Provide the latest stable version of the theme
- Guide me on resolving the demo import and update errors
This issue is blocking my progress, so I would appreciate a quick resolution.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
You can also try to import that demo again with plugins disabled and see if you see any issues then. The plugins that did not activate during demo installation should remain disabled for testing purposes.
