Regenerate Thumbnails option stuck at 78%

My site has around 600 images and every time I try to regenerate thumbnails, the option halts at 78%.

I checked system requirements and they are ok.

Hi,
During the regeneration process, when it hangs, refresh the Tools page, and start the regeneration again. It will start from the moment it stopped.
