Site crash?

The client's site suddenly changed; the Betheme logo and styles were no longer displaying correctly. I can't say for sure if this issue arose after an update. What could be causing the client's logo and the site's appearance to suddenly change?
I've now updated all plugins and the theme and upgraded the PHP version to the latest version, but unfortunately the content is still displaying incorrectly.

Here's a screenshot from before the crash.
I have a backup installed on our test server, though it's already a few months old.
It looks to me like all the custom settings I made in Betheme are gone—the logo, font colors, etc.

It looks like the theme options have been reset to the default ones.
Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Backup & Reset -> History, and try to resotre theme options from there:

How could this have happened?
Will the content created since then also be lost?
It is hard to tell what could cause this. It could be due to some unsupported plugin, or someone messed with something in the theme options. Without replicating this issue, it is impossible to determine the root cause.
The content will not be lost, as revisions in theme options are revisions for theme options only.
