BeTheme Demo Import Failing + Layout Broken After Install
I recently purchased BeTheme for WordPress and haven’t been able to get it working properly since installation. I’m encountering repeated errors, and the demo import fails to complete correctly. As a result, the layout is broken and doesn’t match the preview at all.
I’ve tried reinstalling the theme and re-importing the demo multiple times, but the issues persist. I’ve also worked with WordPress support to rule out plugin conflicts, and they confirmed everything on that end is fine. At this point, it seems like the issue may be coming from the theme itself.
Has anyone run into this before or have insight into what might be causing it? Any help getting the demo to import correctly and the theme functioning as expected would be greatly appreciated.

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what the reason might be. Also, please tell us which pre-built website you want to import, so we can test that.
