How do I fix a product page with a scroll bar?

Hi,
1) Please see the following video tutorial:
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/sticky-sidebars-and-elements/
2) There is no option to change this color there as it is styled by the browser and CSS does not overwrite it.
