1) Please see the following video tutorial:

2) There is no option to change this color there as it is styled by the browser and CSS does not overwrite it.

I've been trying to hide my inventory; could you please guide me on how to do that?

To clarify, you just want to hide this text, but want to keep stock management for products, right?
