Need to make site completely with black background

Hello team

i am new to this theme and i need some help in making the website in dark mode ( i mean the background is in black and text and headings to be in white)

I see there are many pages, like home, about us, shop, cart, checkout, contact us and many more

changing all these pages background and text styles as said above is difficult.

Is there a way i can make changes to style, so the whole site is going have same styles.

Another issue, i am using "be store" pre built website. In the header it have a search box and again search icon next to it, i dont think its really meaningful

I also need a clarification that if i start making changing to the site style to dark, does it apply for mobile version too? because i see every section in editing have all resolutions like desktop, notebook, tab and mobile.

The pre build website is default color as BLUE, but my site is in RED, i tried changing color from the drop down, but its only showing in some places like pricing and rest of the site showing still BLUE color.

Where do i change it to RED, i mean inks, icons and etc...

Help me in starting with my new site

Hi,

Most colors can be set in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors, but many elements have individual colors set, which can be changed only in the Style tab of the element.

If you want to remove the search field from the header, you must edit the header template and remove this element.

i tried all the ways and i can see other header elements can change or remove but this search icon is nothing to do with

Sorry, but you wrote beyond our working time, so we could not answer you. Also note that we send answers at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM (CET).

The video tutorial I sent shows how to edit the header template, and all you have to do is to edit this template, and remove that element.

i understand now your working times. Ok here my issue is

the search icon not showing when i edited the header and i dont see this search icon to remove

But when i see in front end the icon is displaying, that is the problem

I did not see the search icon at first, but I assume that you use a smaller screen, as I switched to laptop breakpoint, and there you can find this search element:

So to remove it, switch to the laptop breakpoint.

The styles i am changing applies to desktop, laptop and tab, but for mobile version its showing the original design styles

is there a way i can apply these styles i mean background, colors to mobile version too?

Try the following CSS code:

.widget_product_categories ul li .count{
 display: inline-block!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

there is another problem found

anywhere in the website, the dropdown filed actually not showing the value selected in the dropdown field inside, its just showing just below the field.

i tried working with this css bit no luck, so i removed that css

i have attached the image here

easy way to replication the same functionality to check is

add a product to the cart and go to the checkout page, there select the state drop down box and select any state and see where the value is displaying.

otherwise in cart slide, click on calculate shipping option and see the country and state drop downs.

One of your custom CSS codes is the culprit. After deactivating custom CSS on your website, it looks like this:

To find the root cause, remove your custom CSS one by one. You can omit the one I provided to you ealier as it does not have influance on that part.

thanks its worked. i want to disable the bebuilder section while editing the products in woocommerce. does it possible?

for pages, posts are OK but for products taxonomy i dont think we required.

Apart from above query, here is the issue started suddenly

I have a latest koi section on home page, it was good till an hour ago ( i mean 12.10 am IST)

In the element settings, i have set 8 products to display in 4 columns, So it was showing perfectly 2 rows and each row with 4 proucts.

This order i have selected by date, so latest 8 products displaying since i was working on this home page

Suddenly an hour ago everything gone, instead of showing in 4 columns, it started in 1 single column. in settings it is still showing as 4 columns

and also its started showing the pagination , i never see that pagination

ii havent touched anything on home page since past 4 o 5 days, because working on other inner pages and posts

Please check the same and provide a solution.

1) There is no option to disable BeBuilder for a specific post type. You can either disable it completely or leave it active for all.

2) I can see HTML errors on that page. Please check all places where you used HTML tags, and ensure that they are all closed and placed properly.

I will review and correct any issues from my side. However, I would like to clarify one key point regarding the homepage layout.

Previously, the element I used in BeTheme Builder was displaying:

Latest 8 WooCommerce products
In a 4 columns × 2 rows grid
Without pagination

This was working perfectly earlier without any changes to the element configuration.

Currently, the same section is:

Displaying in a single vertical column
Showing pagination (which was not present before)

I have not added any custom HTML code to the homepage (only used on the Hours of Operation page). I have made some custom CSS adjustments, but they are clean and do not contain syntax errors.

Could you please confirm:

Which specific BeTheme Builder element should be used to display the latest WooCommerce products in a fixed 4×2 grid without pagination?
Whether any recent updates (theme or WooCommerce) could have altered the default behavior of this element?
If there are any known conflicts where custom CSS might override the product grid layout?

It would also help if you could point me to the exact element/settings combination required to achieve the previous layout again.

Hello Phil,

I’ve identified the cause of the issue.

It appears a new option, “Use the new version,” has been introduced in the element settings, which wasn’t present earlier. I was troubleshooting using the existing configuration, which led to some confusion.

It seems the element was recently updated, and with that, pagination settings have been introduced. I’m certain this option was not available before.

I’ve now adjusted the settings accordingly, and everything is working as expected.
