Complete Website/Template Import Completes but doesn't applies

I have recently bought your theme from themeforest, and I wanted to use a pre-built website to start my website. I have chosen one and followed the setup wizard successfully. But, it seems that nothing was imported / or applied at all. What is the issue? Am I doing anything wrong?

    Hey,

    Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what the reason might be. Please also tell what steps you proceeded in the setup wizard. Also, do you allow us to import the demo again? I am asking because we would have to use the database reset option, which will wipe out the changes you made on your website (if you made any).
