Theme Options Top Menu in middle of screen

On one of my Betheme sites, on scroll the top

menu jumps and stays in the middle of the screen as per the screenshot, making it extremely difficult to select various options.

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
