LICENCE CODE keeps disappearing from registered domain!

Hi there - LICENCE CODE keeps disappearing from registered domain! This is not the first time it is happening...could you please explain what is going wrong?! it is causing a lot of issues with plugins and updating failing... as betheme says its not registered even though it is.

Also, this website has multiple sub domains also using the same licence code for betheme as per your advice saying this is possible and allowed.

What is going wrong please? Please note: we have re-added the licence code to the below parent domain... but why does this keep happening?
